With 23 years facilitation, training and management experience within the charity and private sector I’ve honed the ability to create excellent working relationships built on trust and shared purpose. During that time I have successfully provided strategic and operations leadership, often in uniquely challenging situations.
Having worked across a wide range of contexts I am adaptable, resourceful and clients have noted that my fresh originality opens many different ways of seeing situations and coaching into undiscovered territory.

My 20 years executive management experience in a wide variety of industries demonstrates my commercial acumen, my flexibility and an ability to apply my mind in multiple contexts. I am energized by new and challenging situations.
The key to my success has been my ability to connect, form relationships and engage others towards a common goal. I have a genuine interest in people’s individual and unique talents and how these are utilised towards achieving organisational goals, whilst simultaneously providing a valuable learning experience for the individual.

I have over 35 years’ experience in corporates and medium sized business providing support around human resources. I am a passionate sharer of knowledge and am energised by another persons growth with a great drive to find innovative ways to improve performance.
My work with organisations undergoing complex transformation and change processes has built my capacity to identify key areas of leverage and co create solutions which improve performance and engagement. One example of this is a unique management solution that realised up to 69% reduction in sick leave within a year in large corporates such as Toyota.
